Travel Trailers: Not practical for overseas guests, since they require a heavy-duty vehicle to pull them. Towable units, 13 to 33 feet in length, have full living facilities, but it's illegal to use them while underway. Best when parked at a campground for extended periods, while you use the towing vehicle for local transportation and sightseeing. Check with hotorhome rentals to make sure your tow vehicle, hitch and wiring are adequate. Price Range: US$85 - US$135 per day.

Truck Campers: Camping unit mounted on bed of a pickup truck, 18 to 21 feet in length, including the truck. May have kitchen and toilet facilities, plus bunks to sleep 2 to 6 people. Specially popular in Motor Home Rental in Canada, for wilderness use. Average Price: US$80 - US$200 per day.
